Can anyone suggest me few (end-game viable) builds for a templar?

I've just completed my witch build (lv.73), and i'd like to try a different gamestyle with an hybrid character.
I've already took a look on Templar build sections but i haven't decide yet which one pick because there are too many. I'd like to be able to play in solo and farm quickly on merciless\maps, so high DPS and survivability if possible.

Can anyone help me? Thank you.

Does anyone else have any suggestions for me?

These are the most popular and easier to play builds I see people using on templars, also you don't need godly gear or uniques to make them work:

- Elemental Hit Bow or Lightning Arrow if you want an archer
- Dual Totem, Summoner and/or Trap build
- Ground Slam (more popular on mara's), can be used with 1h or 2h and has lots of variations (like Eldritch Battery for lots of auras, Blood Magic, etc)
- "Sword and Board". 1h + Shield, usually 1 strong skill for single target and lightning strike for AoE.
- Caster: Fire (fireball, traps, firestorm) or Frost (icespear, freezing pulse) or Ethereal Knives (EK - usually pretty tanky)

I suggest you try some easy stuff at start if you're not used to the game, then look around some weirder or more unique builds (Kripp's Wander and Sweep Templars, Invalesco's Righteous Fire, elemental cleave, etc)

I noticed "GOD" build is for hardcore, and "1H+Shield LS Build by HealthyGamer" has too low DPS.

Can anyone suggest me an softcore build with high DPS and survivability?
