max resists seem to be changing while afk

I run RF and sit at 87% resist (from purity of fire and rise of the phoenix). Recently I was afk and looked over at my monitor and my life was degenerating. I kept noticing this happening often and I can see my fire resist dropping to 82%. a 5% change which is strange since nothing even gives 5% max fire. (rise is 8, purity of fire is 3, talent is 1)
Now this bug is happening in maps and other places effectively damaging me while RF is on. This started two days ago. Happens anywhere, I usually notice it while in maps trying to fight.

Seems you're not capping (87) your fire resist without the low life bonus of rise of the phoenix! this is really dangerous for obvious reasons... and I'm assuming you're not a low life character. the rest follows with a known issue on the display of health globe sync regarding rise of the phoenix and stuff. Search "rise of the phoenix" in this bug section and you'll find a lot of stuff about if you want to go into details but for now, Here are some sample search results

Basically gameplay wise, you need some more fire resist on your gear unless your character can operate with about 2k life (only at low life do you have enough resist for RF)
