Scion shows as having "seven" ascendancy points allocated

This is probably related to my last post.

My level 83 Scion, when you type /passives, shows as having "6 total Ascendancy Skill points (7 allocated)".

I believe this Scion was one of my characters already claiming to have unspent ascendancy points immediately after the Ascendancy release (see my previous bug report).

In the ascendancy skill tree, I have allocated the entire Path of the Templar arm, plus the 40 Dexterity point node from Path of the Ranger. This looks like only 6 points to me, but it's not clear to me whether choosing your Templar specialty (Inquisitor, in my case) is supposed to cost one point or two...
