Added cold damage doubt

Hi, I would like to know if an added cold damage gem is affected by itens with #% increased cold dmg modifiers or #% increased cold dmg nodes giving even more cold damage to my base dmg?? Thank u for your time.

Yes. Flat cold damage added by the gem (or by anything else) will be treated exactly the same as the base damage of the skill, and affected by all relevant modifiers.
