Need help with Hege Crit Sweep

I've got this feeling that my char is meh at best atm. Got the passive and ascendancy tree covered but I think I need help with links and maybe some gear improvements.

Also those changes could be as cheap currency-wise as possible :D (threw away all my currency in 6l tries)

Should I change links in my 5l setup? Was thinking about better power charge generation to get that momentum, how about cyclone+faster attacks+power charge on crit+increased crit strikes. Worth trying?
I can't test it right now cuz broken pc. I know all gems are low lvl but I haven't really touched this char in standard for a long time so I haven't got a single ascendancy point atm.

Bonus question, I planning a leech tank and wondering what would be better for 6l in this setup:
Life leech or Lgoh? Char WannaDuelMate for passive tree and gear.
