3 years later STILL: Perm-Alloc goes FFA-Alloc for outofscreen-kills
This bug is 3+ years old now, i think! How to reproduce: 0. have permanent allocation and be in a team 1. spam sparks (with fast projectiles) a bit, make sure to kill mobs out of screen, maybe 2-3 screens away 2. now run around and check loot, the loot will be FFA for all players even though u set it to perm Consequences: 1. theres STILL possibility for team members to get annoyed with each other for "stealing loot" for example melee can get a lot more loot since they usually run first 2. this bug is 3 years old, maybe embarassing to not have fixed it?? Thanks, ill be patient and hope for a fix finally soon! I suppose it has to do with the network code or so, it only needs to work for stuff that gets kill 5-6 screens away, doesnt have to be zonewide 5-6 screens should be enough for most projectiles/chained arrows Last bumped on May 1, 2016, 9:01:37 AM
