+35+ to Dexterit (MUST !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
+55+ to maximum Mana
60+% increased Mana Regeneration Rate
+35+ to maximum Energy Shield
+33+% to Cold Resistance

I don't consider the other two because 35+ dex is essencial to wear my eq and cold resist is aswell essencial to reach 100+ to every resistance.
