Perandus Manor Map should drop 'regular' after league end

It is such a nice map, would be a shame if the map disapear (because the perandus mod is not transferred to standard). So this map should drop in permanent leagues too.
Funcionality must exist, because if someone have this map in league, don't played the map, he should be able to play this map in permanent league.
