Please help me do a level 32 witch build with my reset before I delete POE

I have my reset this is my last try at POE then I delete it forever. Having tried for 3 years and still unable to understand this game I am making a final attempt before I delete POE and return to D3 thats more noob friendly.

So here is where I am I have whatever gems I had collected during the game and I think some alright level 30 armor and weapons.

I am having a HUGE issue leveling up its taking me forever to kill anything and get a level. So I need advice what skills to select on my skill tree? what gems to use?

The reset is here I have not assigned any points as yet. Tell me what skills to select and what gems and items to use. If this does not work well yeah it would mean this game is truly not for me and never will be.

And how the hell do people set their potions and or skills to Auto Activate?

Skills can auto activate through gems upon taking a certain amount of damage, for example.



You can't auto activate potions as far as I'm aware.
