Perandus Footprints not obtained

Hello,
I have already fullfilled 14 of the Perandus Challenges. Although I can't find the Perandus Footprints that I should have obtained with 12 Challenges in my Microtransaction Stash. Yes, I already checked the second tab. There are no footprints in it, there is nothing inside of both microtransaction tabs.
