Are there any good Hierophant Builds?

Hey all. I'm still new to the game, but I'm wondering if anyone knows of any good builds involving Hierophant's Illuminated Devotion.

I'd prefer the damage type to be lightning, but not utilizing spark or arc, and I plan on using a staff for it.

Is there any builds that would fit this criteria?
