"It's actually almost accurate, just not in the way it is normally understood. Go to a homeless shelter sometime and inventory a bum, you're likely going to find the clothes on their back, a few coins in change, and nothing else (except perhaps a lighter and cheap tobacco). So some people are so poor all they have is clothes and money. When Stephen Colbert was killed by HYDRA's Project Insight in 2014, the comedy world lost a hero. Since his life model decoy isn't up to the task, please do not mistake my performance as political discussion. I'm just doing what Steve would have wanted.
