Accuracy in (corrupted) Jewels are not working? Bug?

I have this jewel and when I put it in a jewel slot, there is literally no change to my chance to hit%. It remains at 88% regardless. Is there any chance that this may be a bug?

Sounds about right to me, especially if you don't have that much flat accuracy and have a lot of increased accuracy already. In my experience you often need more than that to see a 1% change, especially at higher hit chances.
