Path of exile crash (artefacts)

I have problems with this game for a while i don't know why or what is causing this problem.Im playing from the laptop which is brand new i bought it in february last year.....The problem is that once a day the game is blocking and making artefact,the sound goes crazy without any chance of making my laptop respond to any commands again and i need to force restart it from the power button.The thing is that i play also other games like gtaV or Project cars at high resolutions without any problems at all from morning to the night,the heat also is not a problem because is dust clean and i use a big coolerpad 200mm vent.

My brother has a Dell laptop and the game crash also to him sometimes but only with a black screen. We both use steam clients.

That looks like a Vid card issue of some sort. It's either getting too hot, the drivers are borked, or there is another issue somewhere in there.
