I do not know why but every now and my life falls about 300hp, energy shield does not move at all, please help.

Well blood rage causes energy shield to not regenerate.

Or perhaps you are using a caustic mana potion, but then i have no idea if it prevents energy shield regen.

leech only works with physical attacks. It's not a bug, it's an intended feature.
