Decree of Fury is awesome.

For reference on Decree of Fury:

Cooldown Time 5 seconds
Cast time 1 Second
Repeatedly fires a piercing projectile based on your weapon, converting some physical damage to fire. The projectiles form an arc in front of you.
Attack with this Skill when you Hit
Fires 10 Projectiles in a spiral
100% Chance of Projectiles Piercing
x-x Fire Damage
x-x Physical Damage

I'm using this with Mjolner:


The hits from Decree of Fury count as Mjolner hits, so the screen is getting oneshot faster than ever before.

Also, flaming Mjolners are shooting out of my character.

I was happily surprised with how well this is working.

Wow, someone has a very negative opinion about the devs.

IMO interaction between enchants and Mjolner is far from the most broken thing this patch.

I can guarantee that if/when such types as I mentioned get wind of this thread, calls will start coming (perhaps even privately) for a nerf on mjolner/enchantment interacts.

I hate to say it but he is right, during one of the latest podcast "cant remember if it was Chris or Rory" but whichever one it was said one way to get on the nerf radar is for the masses to use it, or by advertising it's OP'ness!

thats a legacy mjolner though, as for the decree of fury it scales with weapon damage so with mjolner's weapon damage i doubt hes going to kill anything else other than the white trash off screen

The fury kills nothing; it's like average 800 dmg for me.

The fury hitting things procs the Mjolner.

Personally I wouldn't say it's OP; it doesn't really increase proc rate against bosses noticably. It just makes trash die faster and makes my counter-attack Mjolner procs much more effective.

The 5 s cooldown balances it rather well, in my opinion.
