[2.2 Assassin] Crit Varunastra - Atziri/HC Viable - Budget

What about the ascendancy tree?
I'm running a Varunastra and binos, I did pick up assasin class, but not sure on what skills to pickup on as the 2 first ones.. :\

If you're using Bino's I don't see why you aren't moving fortify to whirling blades and replacing it with poison...

Hi I have been playing this build for awhile, totally loving it.

This is my variation of it, currently running death's hand and varunastra. 100k+ DPS with unholy might and full charges and 5L, 95% crit and 517% Crit multi, I think should be a lot higher with 6L and added fire damage gem. Really survivable with 4.8k hp at lvl 86 too(should be able to achieve 5.5k by lvl 95 or 6k HP, depending on whether you want more dps or HP)

i traded half the dagger tree for the soulraker and magpie so you wont lose on attack speed and toke vaal pact and since we have a good amount of leech now we can drop daresso's for coil+abyssus for moar sweet crit multi+damage

that's pretty smart actually, im trying out the tree. You gain charge generation(u cant generate power charge with death's hand against atziri), and 1.2% life leech, 0.8% mana leech, allowing to drop the bottom duelist leech nodes. Only thing I did differently was that I took the 15% with 10% incr life leech instead, as I have no intentions of taking vaal pact.

Dropped the top dagger nodes, and took claw nodes as per Lekert's recommendations. Lost roughly 200 HP, but gained 25% chance to generate charges independent of death's hand, 30% life leech speed, 1.2% life leech, 0.8% mana leech, 50% crit chance, 24% crit multi. Overall roughly 20% increase in DPS.
