I would protect my wife and three sons lives with my own without having to hesitate my decision for a split second. My children and their mother is really the only thing that truly matters when push comes to shove.
Would I risk my life for someone outside of them? Honestly I would. I've spoken up for people in trouble before when it didn't concern me. Injustice and bullying seem to trigger an urge to stick my nose in places it don't belong. Of course there are degrees. Would I take a bullet for a stranger in a bank heist? Absolutely no chance. Take my money as it matters little compared with taking away my sons daddy. "Withdrawing in disgust is not the same as apathy"
