I would appreciate some Feedback on This Build

I am in the process of making a Light Strike Templar who uses Staves. Any and all feedback and suggestions is appreciated. Idea is to make him somewhat tanky with enough dps to kill mobs at a decent rate.

I would make these changes, and plan for ~90 points since it's much more realistic than the 111.

Purity of Essence is interesting, but that entire cluster can be removed if needed.

The only thing I don't like conceptually is taking Resolute Technique. Staves have an innately high crit chance, so RT sacrifices quite a bit more for them than for something with a base 5% crit. That being said, going without RT would be quite a bit more expensive, since you'd have to rely on your gear for +accuracy.
