Fixed unable to des. packet with pid xxx

finally after 2 months without any chance to play POE because of packet loss, called pid error iam glad to be back.
whats happend?
i switched from Win 7 to Win 10.
for all that have same problem and still play with Windows 7 perform your update.
i dont now wy its worked now, but iam glad
