Passive skill tree bugged/

It wont let me remove to skill points i want to get rid of and there doesnt seem a reason why? I made sure everything was connected and these two points cant be removed? its only two points but id like to have them re allocated and i have the refund points to allow it. This is for my with that is lvl 53 i tried getting a screen shot but cant seem to uplad it here

save the screenshot on imgur.com or somewhere similar, then link the IMG link results.
Either put it in an IMG tag (if it is a gif/jpg/png or other image format) or a URL tag otherwise and we can find it. | |

Alternatively you could unhide your characters and say which points you want to refund. Chances are the nodes you want to remove break the link back to your starting nodes.
