Game is unplayable

Hi.
Today: Starting a map. Then i can play a few minutes with a latency round about 80ms. After a few minutes the latency beginns to jump and the get a flat latency line. If this happens, the game get unplayable. But the packet loss is far behind telefonica (o2), or?

Hi, same for me and my friend. Since 22:30 German time the game is working well with a ping at 39ms and then after some minutes it is jumping up to 2000ms and it stays there. We are living in Frankfurt and i also tried different Gateways it didn't help. My normal internet is fine. Provider is O2. Maybe it is again their fault, it is not the first time. :-(( I also restarted my O2 Homebox Router.

After 15min the WinMTR Result looks different, but still has massive packet loss. I never had such a worse connection before. Here the updated WinMTR result.

unplug your modem/router from power for 30 seconds or so, then plug it back in again.
The trace is showing high packet loss at the first hop which is bad. | |

Thanks for your advice, i already restarted my Router with this method. At the third Winmtr result i posted i have more hops than only one. Because that is think it's a routing problem and not my router, but i can try and switch the O2 Box to a FritzBox then i can see, if it is the router or anything else.We will see if the problem stil perist tomorrow.

I start playing today at 1900 cet.
All was fine. At 2000 cet it beginns again. The latency line gets massiv up and then flatline. Router is restarted.
