highest flat dps wand (compared to poe.trade)

I found this wand yesterday. It has 354 edps and 59pdps, resulting in 413 combined dps. Prefix rolls are: -T1 cold -T2 Fire -T1 Lightning Cold and fire rolls are low to medium so it could get even better with divines. I will lock prefix-scour it soon, then craft crit+as on it.
