Orb of Chance / Item Rarity?

I've been pondering, does wearing a lot of IIR help getting rares/uniques when trying to chance an item? IIR Gem won't help since you don't use the linked skill. However other IIR on gear should still work when chancing. | |

Going to have to say no, since it is a currency its based on the rarity of the item being chanced for the chance of the unique.

But if you are chancing you are technically/mechanically "making" the unique not "finding" it so no.
Anything that has to do with orbs being used is crafting not finding something. "It's all clearer now

guess you both are right. Since GGG adheres to the wording (in most cases) can you don't "find" an item when you "chance" it. Too bad :)
