Need help deciding what to do

Not sure why nobody is mentioning it, but you need a TON MORE LIFE on your gear (and passive skill tree).
Later on, you should have bonus Life on almost every single piece of your gear.

If you have trouble finding right gear (especially weapon), you can try finding extra cheap ones on poe.trade.
You can keep your weapon up to date, to be able to level up quickly, for very cheap.
