I need Arc templar build help

im quite new to p.o.e and looking for a budget beginner friendly arc 2.1 build thats easy to understand and get going

The Mjolner build I made starts with self cast Arc. You just use Doon Cuebiyari sceptre to utilize all the strength you get on gear and by travelling in the tree. You can use Vaal Strom Call or Vaal Spark/Vaal Glacial Hammer to deal with single target.
