Be like Zeno and move to Dallas (or other cities) to be super close to the PoE game servers.
Funny/weird how players tried to spin desync as a mechanism for making PoE a more hardcore arpg. Insane the lengths people will go to to pretend it's a feature, not a bug (or logic flaw). Remember: "THIS IS NOT HAPPENING!" "You've got to grind, grind, grind at that grindstone..." Necessity may be the mother of invention, but poor QoP in PoE is the father of frustration. Believe it or not, IT STILL EXISTS.
I have ~65-75 ms ping and the game will often desync when using whirling blades / cyclone and sometimes when using other fast skills and / or too many enemies are on the screen. So, this thread is kind of a failed attempt to express sarcasm.
