Divination Distillate Large Hybrid Flask Doesn't Show Up

When I use a Divination Distillate Large Hybrid Flask, there isn't an icon or anything on my character that shows the flask is active. Is this intentional?

Life/Mana Flasks end when their respective resource(s) hit their maximum. You need to have taken Damage or lost Mana for Div Distillate to take effect.
