Loading screen crashes entering map while in party

This crash is utter crash, not only poe crashes, but whole my computer becomes unresponsive and only forceful restart helps.
This crash tends to occur when I'm in party and only in loading screen. I assume its because something messes up when other party member loads up sooner and starts interfering with map while I'm loading.
