Reduce Mana Vs + to Life

Hello Forum,

Need to know when i'm using Blood Magic and Reserving Life for Aura, is it better to take Reduced mana 6% or Life 5%? to have more life after reservation...

That depends on how much mana you will reserve overall as well as your base life and maximum life. You'll have to do the math yourself...however, reduced reservation will generally come out ahead.

The extra life you get from reduced reservation is

total life * percentage of life reserved * 0.06

So if you have 5k life and reserve 75% for auras you would save yourself 225 life.

The extra life you get from increased maximum life is

base life * percentage of life unreserved * 0.05

So if you have 1800 base life and reserve 75% for auras you would get an additional 22 life.
