Character Name Change

I was wondering if it possible to get a character name change, the only information i found directed me to contact the developers via email and after 2 days of waiting my email got bounced back to me, i imagine they must be full or something, if there is no way that is fine, but i though it couldn't hurt to ask.

They probably have a hefty backlog from holidays, they worked less and we played more, wait a few more days.

i just had char name 2 days ago via support email..

and they're being very helpfull, and fast respond too..
