What if there is no gender lock class in game ?

Im just wondering :)

What whould be ur thoughts and opinion?

We would like it, however it's too expensive to implement.

Wishing it would be happen in near the future or maybe adding 1 more class =))
But at the same time if its happen do you think that expansion would be free ?

Can't say, character skins would be a great way to make money as they're purely cosmetic. We got multipet option for free because it's a good incentive to buy more pets.

having different skins would be expensive to implement, all the animations, gear art and stuff.. not worth it IMO. Id prefer money being spent on features/issues

we currently have 4 male, 3 female (one of which 100% gay).. whats wrong about it?

It's fine currently because every build can be done with 3 or 4 chars with minor differences, it will be a bit different once ascendancy kicks in. It would be expensive to make, no doubt, but I think it would also sell really well once chars become less interchangeable.

GGG surely know how much money would all this extra stuff approximately cost, which I think would be a rather big money. It would be hard to estimate Return of Investment from extra cosmetics sold as well as potential extra bit of players gained. Theyd also had to subtract estimated value of extra MTX/players from things they would not be able to do due to people/money invested in skins and not in some other features

If GGG believed It would make them reasonable amount of money/players, then they would already have it implemented/working on it/planned
