Glacial Hammer + Melee splash

So this build got me up to Act II on merciless. I just Solo'd Mervail with it, and don't have access to my gear yet. but I just wanted to see people's opinions on my build in general. Maybe some advice on where to go, but keep in mind I really like the build I have.
It's a focus on, as the thread title says, Glacial Hammer and Melee Splash. It's a tanky, taunty, support build. I'm able to deal a good amount of damage to groups of enemies, and survive relatively easily. Passives:
