There's no need to bump this thread. You got an answer. The fix will be ready when it's ready. In fact, it will probably take longer if for every thread where they said they are working on it, they then had to go back to it again and again to say "Still working on it" because people are impatient.

Not that i've seen...in this thread all they have seen is that it's being looked into and Chris said he wasn't sure if it was intended or a bug but would raise it with the team(this was on reddit)

I've said it before in here but i doubt this is a bug but a change, with the previous workings being wrong when everything related to minion on skill effects worked opposite the way this did.

Then I guess I'm bumping this so we can get a real down-to-earth response from a dev/GGG somebody telling us "Yes, this was a bug, and is now functioning as intended" or "Sorry, this will be fixed".
I'm fed up with this. I am going to message support to see if I can get more than a pre-baked copy-paste message from them. If this doesn't work, I am going to spam the PoE reddit everyday with at last one thread about this. I didn't work hard enough to get a Headhunter just to see it nerfed.

Hello sir/madam,

Recently, in patch 2.1, there was an undocumented change in which the Unique Belt, Headhunter, no longer grants your Player Character Rare Monster buffs when your Summon Raging Spirits, Zombies, Spectres, or any such summons kill Rare Monsters.

Before patch 2.1, when SRS, Spectres and Zombies killed rare monsters, your player character was granted the 20 second duration rare monster buffs.

As of patch 2.1, this is no longer the case. Worse yet, this change was left undocumented in the patch 2.1 notes. As for the follow-up patches and hot-fixes, it has remained undocumented still. This is extremely frustrating, because this is either a bug or a massive nerf.

The worst part is, the GGG inner community of balancers has left the Headhunter playerbase (us few blessed players who own such a powerful belt) in absolute dark about the changes.

I made a thread (https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1504069/page/1) on DECEMBER 12th, and I received only a single response from Jason_GGG. As a later follow-up, I made a post on reddit) (https://www.reddit.com/r/pathofexile/comments/3yggu1/ggg_still_hasnt_said_anything_about_the/), and received a response from Chris that there was no one at the GGG office to talk about the Headhunter change/nerf. That was 16 days ago, and I believe that the holidays are over, even for New Zealand.

Now, there is no basis to nerfing headhunter JUST as GGG was nerfing the Summon Raging Spirit skill. Headhunter does NOT AFFECT LEAGUE RANKING, except in fringe cases (see: the streamer etup who found Headhunter from cashing in Jack-in-the-Box divination cards, which was nerfed directly after). I personally know the player esprodigy1, a player who has MANY TIMES achieved Rank 1 Hardcore, and she does not own a single Headhunter belt.

Headhunter is purely for permanent standard league pleasure. This nerf, undocumented and undeserved, ruins this pleasure for SRS players and summoners.

TL:DR Can you, as an official GGG employer under the GGG company payroll, please inform me as to whether or not the Headhunter change was an intentional nerf by Qarl, or it is simply a bug, and that it will be personally looked into. This response will directly influence my future of playing PoE and consequently, whether or not I will be interested in purchasing future supporter packs from your company.
