Elemental Equilbrium or no?

Took me quite a while to get all my equips to be pure phys so it won't interfere with my Elemental Hit + Elemental Equilibrium combo, but when I'm in parties, other people have Anger/Wrath on, which makes me give resistance to those as well :/

That's what I'm planning to go for, but Elemental Equilibrium is seriously giving me second thoughts... maybe I should just get elemental equips and not get EE?

What do you guys think?

As far as I know, using attacks with more than one element attached makes elemental equilibrium not work very well. Like if you hit an attack that will deal both fire and lightning damage, it will only cause -50% cold resist. Even worse is if you hit with all three elements at the same time, elemental equilibrium won't proc at all. So in my opinion, it's not worth the headache of getting it to work for you.

the damage is pretty good but it is random.. at lvl 49 however i have been stuck due to bad survivability and dont know what is good for keping your distance

I'm level 67 now, and it's starting to look pretty good. The DPS shown in the character window is in the 30's, but I don't think that includes the added element damage on EH.

Here's what I have so far:


(Swapping Haste for Grace for survivability; haste for farming until I can sustain both)

The only thing I want to work on is the attack speed. With Haste, EH only hits about 1.4 times per second. I'm trying to get a high quality faster attack, and maybe even to an extent to switch over to bow & quiver (more phys damage anyways).

I'm really leaning towards killing the idea of EE, even though I have my phys wand already...
It's just too much of a hassle when partying with members :/

Elemental Equilibrium is great if you use elemental hit since it does different random element with each hit. Otherwise doesn't work that great if you do different global elemental damages.
