Returning player seeking for tips/advice

Havent played for a really long time. Anyone mind giving me some tips/advice? What are some good builds that doesnt require much gear but can farm efficiently? Also I'm not sure if theres any modes added but any specific modes you guys suggest that I should start with? Thanks!

Pick dual flame totem build, non-crit version.
liftingbro made a youtube guide, watch it and go (easy to google).
It's easy and effective, a good start to step into the game again !
