life steal with chaos innoc evasion build?

Haven't played this in quite a while but was thinking of getting back into it and was wondering if making a build based around chaos innoculation, vaal pact, and ghost reaver would be viable - dual wield claws and just out steal damage done to you. Focus on mitigating damage and attack speed to just recover all damage done rapidly. Have done builds like this in other games and always amuses me just not being able to die but not sure if it's even realistic for this game without extremely good gear. Would something like this be possible or not even worth the effort?

Such a build is rather hard to put in place in 2.0 because of leech rework. Maybe check the shadow section, there's probably more of these builds there so you'll find more info/help. Ranger start is not good for CI melee.
