help with a build theorycrafting RF / Bladevortex

Hello,

i would like to try a RF bladevortex build for the next league, and this is my first theorycrafting try.
( i always use existing build to build my char and i would like to create mine )

I think about a Doon Cuebiyari as weapon, rise of the phoenix as shield.

I try to add empire's grasp ( that's why i take the KB node ) for some fun pull effect in the RF aura.

maybe kaom as armor, i dont know if Blade vortex really need a 6L or if i can just put them on gloves

If anyone have some advice for the build and gearing part
