Is it worth to stack rarity? If so, how much is good enough? Does rarity affect map drop rate?

" IIR doesn't change what items drop, it just makes more blue/yellow items drop as opposed to white/blue items. If you can get it at a low opportunity cost then it's great to have. An example would be supporting a Flame Totem with Culling Strike and Item Rarity. |
