My current Freezing Pulse Crit CI Templar build. Please help optimize!

There's the build. More or less just plan on being able to tank decently using Armor+ES equipment while doing solid damage and freeze with freezing pulse and crits. I'll also be using some auras.. Likely Determination, Discipline, and Purity (if in any way possible I'd try to fit clarity as well). I have the build ok so far, but obviously there is no way i get to the level required to operate it fully how I have it. Any opinions on the best way I can get 6+ points knocked off this build?
