Well, did you play other Action-RPG's like Sacred, Torchlight or Titan Quest? Since all of them have a lot in common.

You should be fine. Diablo had just about the most simple controls ever. Most of their finer features have been incorporated into so many games that you'll probably find everything familiar.

I've never really played ARPGs before but the controls were so easy to pick up; you'll have no trouble at all.
