Power charge on crit + herald of ice not working?

Does this work at all? I can't get it to proc even though the tooltip says it should work. I'm guessing only the on-death nova will be able to proc it.

Yeah only the on death nova would proc it, I think you'd probably need to get a diamond shrine to really see it in action, I'm not sure the novas even have a base crit chance.

Right, they don't, you will see them crit when you touch diamond shrine or sometimes if you use assmark.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

I see, so the ice nova's have 0% innate crit and will only actually crit if you have 100% crit/diamond shrine or if assa mark gives them 9% additional chance to be crit?
