HC Bow Templar Build (do you think it will work?)

so i want to build myself an elemental bow templar, this is the build i have setup for myself so far:


plan on using Lightning Arrow as a primary skill hence getting Static Blows, other than that i made sure i got Iron Grip and as much life/resist as i could since this is in HC

any thoughts on this?
