Rare Claw w. max roll on weap ele dmg - need price check

Hi guys,
am very unsure about this claw. Havent used claws a whole lot in my builds. :-( I would personally put it up for about 4 chaos, but I'm unsure how much the max roll on "weap ele dmg" is worth and how the synergy is with the increase in crit chance. 4C seems fair; claws are hard to sell that aren't high tier tho so don't expect a fast sale in either case.
