Just curious, did GGG really increase the spawn rate for Igna Phoenix? Found and killed her 5 times already in the 1 month, and I'm only level 65. Or just another case of RNG?

Dunno. I got a level 70 and ive seen him once. I keep running into xandro blooddrinker or whatever his name is.

Well the Anarchy mod guarantees at least one exile every zone (few exceptions).
With the Anarchy mod on, she no longer has a zone level requirement... so she can spawn in normal coast. I think all the exiles have the same spawn rate in Anarchy too. Last edited by Jaille on Oct 11, 2015, 2:50:11 AM
