would GMP be certainly better than LMP for TS?

I keep using LMP because I think LMP have less mana cost and less damage punishment, and I think 9 arraows with LMP is enough for AOE and good for single target while 25 arraows with GMP is redundant for AOE and lack of most damage for single target.


what is the real situation about using TS with GMP? maybe I should change my opinion

Tornado shot heavily benefits from extra projectiles, GMP is plain better for both AoE and single target.
