Cast speed.

Hello everyone.So in act 2 cruel quest deal with the bendits is it better to take 1 skill point or to get +4% cast speed?Im using freezing pulse as my main skill.Since a passive point near templar has +6% cast speed and if i take +4% cast speed from quest that would be 10% so i was thinking to not spend 3 points to get Nimbleness for 10% cast speed.I would appreciate any suggesttions.

Getting to Nimbleness will give you an average of 3.3% cast speed per point, while the bandit reward is equivalent to a single 4% point.
