Looking for cheapest build to begin farming

As it says, I have a few exalted but if I can avoid spending them that would be great I haven't played in a year so a link would be great. Preferably something ranged would be good.

Flame Totem might be FOTM but it is very cheap and powerful, good for MF too as it doesnt need much in the way of gear. Poison arrow is similar in that regard although a +3 bow will set you back a few exalts.

Summoner or totems but you can make a very cost effect quantity LA or TS ranger with a few exalts due to how much ele gear is.
