I'm getting lots of different errors and issues

So I start up Path of Exile and click Login. I look at the messages at the bottom left of the screen and it will say 'connecting to the login server'. Sometimes the game will get stuck at this step and I'll have to alt+f4 out of the game. When that doesn't happen, it will sometimes get stuck at the 'Authenticating user' step, and I have to alt+f4 out of the game. Other times, it says an unexpected disconnection has occurred and lets me try again. When none of those things happen, sometimes the camera will pan down to the hold where the 7 characters are but none of the UI elements will load and I have to alt+f4 out of the game. If that doesn't happen and I get to select a character, the game almost always gets stuck at the following loading screen. And if by some miracle I get through all of that, it's only a matter of time until one of the loading screens after that doesn't go anywhere, forcing me to alt+f4 and start the process all over again. There are no improvements when I switch to any of the other EU gateways than the London one which is what I normally use. Are these errors consistent with a poor internet connection? I recently switched to a special router with a USB port on it for plugging in a 3g/4g pen, and I've got a 4G pen on it as my source of internet, and had none of these issues on my old optic fibre connection (I switched cause I needed to save some money). Looking at the configuration page of the router, the strength of the signal the 4G pen's getting fluctuates a lot at around 70%, but the download speeds have been abysmal. Ever since I switched connections I've found an optic fibre service that's cheaper than what I have now so I'm planning on switching to that in the next few days, but are there any steps I can take to try to improve my situation in the meantime?

Here's some WinMTR tables, I'll edit this post as I do tests for the different gateways listed here: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/361292

90%+ packet loss, Lookimg at it i would say from the seconds hop though it failed to resolve....that something your ISP needs to fix.

Also, don't bother with any other gateways other than the one you are trying to use.

Could you elaborate on that? The internet switch I'll be making will be to the same ISP, just a different technology (Fiber as opposed to 4G), do you think the problem will stay the same?
Maybe, unless they change your routing.

With that much packet loss right out of the gate, it's hard to say. Still, the best thing to do is call your ISP and make sure they see your MTR's.
"Programming today is a race between software engineers striving to build bigger and better idiot-proof programs, and the Universe trying to produce bigger and better idiots. So far, the Universe is winning."

"Your mother was a hamster and your father smelt of elderberries!"
So I called my ISP and they told me that all the packets are being dropped because everyone in my area using 4G/3G has to share an antenna, and the people who have used up less bandwidth (download/upload amount) get priority over the others, so switching to fiber like I was going to anyways should fix it. Thanks for the help everyone.
