95% lightning res

76.4k DPS with power charges and 87.9k DPS with atziri's promise and 53.5k DPS in town using added lightning damage
85.6k DPS with power charges and 98.4k DPS with atziri's promise and 57.7k DPS in town using increased critical damamge
I use added lightning for lvl 79 maps+ and ICD for maps under lvl 79 the reason for that is after lvl 78 you need more lightning damage to be sure HoT goes of so the mobs gets cursed. The clear speed is fine but the single target damage is not that good. You will have to use a mana flask sometimes, or turn of HoI the DPS loss is only around 3k
